electric vehicles have many advantages,such as zero emission,energysaving and so on.However,because the electric vehicle industry hasbecome a goal of future automobile development,the current process ofChina's charging stations and battery exchange stations and other newenergy vehicle-based equipment has begun to be very slow.And the coveragehas slowly become smaller,resulting in a lot of room for improvement ofelectric vehicles.The charging station of electric vehicle is studiedand designed in this paper.This research is of great help to promote theelectric vehicle industry.In this paper,the electric vehicle chargingstation studied in this paper,well,draw lessons from the very excellentelectric vehicle charging station at home and abroad,some very matureexperience and valuable experience,I have consulted a lot of relevantinformation,understand the development and research results of theelectric vehicle charging station at home and abroad,and analyze theadvantages and disadvantages of the electric vehicle charging station.A series of overall plans about the charging station of EV are formulated.According to the analysis of the main control unit of the charging stationof EV,it is found that programmable logic controller (PLC)can be usedto select the hardware of the charging station of EV,and a very perfectcontrol system of the charging station of Ev is designed.As well ashuman-computer interaction module and dosimetry system module,voicemodule and print module,etc.,not only successfully completed the controlsystem software design and touch screen software design,as well as thecommunication protocol design of each module,especially the PLC programdesign,so as to meet the data needs of each place.And it can realizeand complete the design of charging station of electric vehiclecontinuously.At the same time,the radio frequency non-contact readingand writing mode is used to complete some functions of charging stationbilling system.The system management software developed independentlycan be used in this way,and the storage of data can be detected in theterminal device,as well as processing and analysis,which is convenientfor managers to statistics and analysis.The electric vehicle chargingstation developed in this paper has a protection system,besides shortcircuit protection and leakage protection,it also has an emergency buttonto stop charging in case of emergency danger.According to this designscheme.Electric vehicle charging station operation is very simple,andthe supply voltage is about 220 V.The strategy of rated output is about7000W.It runs very safely.It can achieve the expected functions of everyplace,and is very conducive to promoting the development of electricvehicle industry.Key words:electric vehicle;charging station;PLC;system.绪论1国内外研究现状
