贵州财经大学商务学院本科毕业设计（论文）Demonstration and Analysis of real estate Investment inGuizhou ProvinceMajor:Student ID:Student:Instructor:Abstract:since China's reform and opening up,rural transfer to urban population ismore and more,so our country also accelerated the construction of urbanization,with the riseof the real estate industry,it also improves the national economy,since then the pillar industryof our national economy and a real estate industry,real estate industry has become the mainreason to improve our national economy.The development of the real estate industry will alsoaffect the development of the whole national economy,and the two are interrelated andinseparable.Since the marketization of housing,real estate investment has accounted for moreand more proportion in economic development,which has a more and more impact on thelives of residents.This paper will analyze the real estate industry structure,market supply anddemand,market price,the economic aggregate,industrial structure,residents'disposableincome and import and export of Guizhou Province,so as to obtain the positive and negativeimpact of real estate investment on economic growth.Due to the regional differences of realestate investment and economic growth,the current situation of real estate investment andeconomic growth in Guizhou Province will be compared with the relevant data of GuizhouProvince in recent years,thus making the research more meaningful and targeted.Key words:real estate investment;economic growth;Guizhou Province
