本科论文关键词：业务流程；仿真；优化；FlexsimAbstractAtAt present,as a high value-added service industry that touches many fields--logisticsindustry,with the rapid development of information technology based on big data,theoperation cost and management cost of logistics have undergone great changes.As ourcountry is still in the phase of developing a new type of third party service industry,manywant to become the "leader"of domestic enterprises,therefore the domestic competition isfierce,most of them large and medium-sized private logistics enterprise,small logisticsenterprises under the rapid development of today's logistics industry has been unable to have afoothold,it can contribute to the development of logistics enterprises in China.To analyze thedevelopment of logistics enterprises in recent years,find out the existing problems and findsolutions,which will help to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,so as to stand inthe environment of rapid development of logistics industry.Deppon express started withlogistics and transportation,and officially changed its name to deppon express in 2018.Deppon express has nearly 3,000 outlets,which are all over the country,and has built adistribution network together with well-known logistics enterprises.There are currently someproblems with its business processes.Based on Flexsim logistics simulation technology,thisdesign takes deppon express delivery business process as the research object.First,throughfield investigation,and based on the data obtained from the investigation,the business processis simulated and modeled.This design through the express company's business process simulation modeling,combined with the actual find out its own problems,and according to the enterprise's currentdevelopment situation put forward the corresponding optimization scheme.
