本科论文AbstractThe distribution center is at the core of the entire logistics system,and the information flow,commodity flow and capital flow of the entire logistics system all need to pass through the distribution center.Modern joint distribution modes of distribution center to storage and distribution of different types of goods,competitors in the bureau to promote industry operation efficiency quickly,which requires the distribution center internal operation department will be more subdivision,also no longer limited to the layout of the distribution center in one operating unit,it requires that carries on the overall planning,from the perspective of the distribution center in order to realize the overall benefit maximization.Tmall supermarket is a shenyang city supermarket to provide various categories of goods storage and distribution services for the common distribution company.The customers of the company are all distributed in different regions of shenyang.With the development of the company,the original warehouse layout plan cannot meet the cargo volume of the company's existing customers,so the company decides to make a new layout plan.Firstly,the area of each operation unit is calculated according to the existing data of the distribution center.Secondly,according to the SLP facility layout planning method,the logistics interrelationship and non-logistics interrelationship among the operation units are calculated respectively,and the comprehensive interrelationship table between the operation units is finally drawn according to the weight ratio of logistics and non-logistics to 3:1.Finally,the FlexSim software is used to simulate the new layout scheme.At the same time,simulation is used to simulate the future demand of the distribution center,which verifies that the optimal layout scheme obtained in this paper can still maintain the current service leveI when the commodity quantity of the distribution center increases to 1.3 times.The study of this paper can provide case reference for other companies to make layout planning and design of distribution centers.Key words:distribution center;SLP;FlexSim;simulation design
