本科论文Through the actual investigation of its warehouse,the operation status of thewarehouse storage system is obtained,the existing operation process of the blue skylogistics warehouse is analyzed,and the key impact on the operation efficiency of thestorage system is found.Factors,found the existing problems of the company'sexisting warehouse access system and bottlenecks in the process of warehouseoperations.Then,in order to better solve the problem of storage efficiency,it wasdecided to use the SLP method to design a warehouse facility layout plan suitable forthe characteristics of the blue sky logistics warehouse storage process,and improve itsstorage according to the optimized layout.Finally,use the Flexsim simulationsoftware to simulate the operation process of the blue sky logistics warehouse in andout of the warehouse.After the simulation,find out the places that affect its systemoperation efficiency and optimize it,which solves some existing problems in thewarehouse in and out of the warehouse system.Through data analysis and analysis after simulation software optimization,thecompany can avoid the phenomenon of congestion in the process of the company'sstorage and removal operations,solve the problems of forklift loading and unloadingoperations underground and unreasonable personnel distribution,etc.,which canreduce logistics costs and increase company profits.According to the actual situationof Blue Sky Logistics,in the end,the design also improved some system measures forit,and also put forward constructive suggestions for the development of Blue SkyLogistics informatization.
