On the Essence and Application of Inertial ForceABSTRACT Newton's famous law of inertia states that the state of motion ofan object is directly related to changes in external forces.When external forces do notexist,the original state of motion will remain unchanged.In other words,if the objectis originally static,it will Maintain a static state;if it is moving,it will maintain auniform linear motion state at the current speed.This property of maintaining the stateof motion is usually called object inertia.However,Newton's laws are mainlyestablished around inertia and inertial systems,and it is difficult to adapt tonon-inertial systems.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce inertial force into them sothat Newton's laws can also be used to solve various problems in non-inertial systems.This article first introduces what is inertial system,non-inertial system and inertialforce;then introduces the controversy about inertial force;finally discusses the natureand application of inertial force.Key words:Inertial system Non-inertial system Inertial force
