沈阳城市学院毕业论文（设计）沈阳市雅望公寓建筑结构设计专业：土木工程班级：21土木1学号：211608136姓名：陈浩指导教师：张中昱南波答辩日期：年月本科生毕业论文（设计）独创性声明本人声明所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，本论文中没有抄袭他人研究成果和伪造数据等行为。与我一同工作的同志对本研究所做的任何贡献均已在论文中作了明确的说明并表示谢意。论文（设计）作者签名：日期：本科生毕业论文（设计）使用授权声明沈阳城市学院有权保留并向国家有关部门或机构送交毕业论文（设计）的复印件和磁盘，允许毕业论文（设计）被查阅和借阅。本人授权沈阳城市学院可以将本科毕业论文（设计)的全部或部分内容编入有关数据库进行检索，可以采用影印、缩印或其他复印手段保存、汇编毕业论文（设计）。论文（设计）作者签名：日期：指导教师签名：日期：沈阳城市学院毕业论文（设计）摘要我的毕业设计聚焦在沈阳雅颂公寓楼建筑结构设计，采用钢筋混凝土框架式结构体系，关键内容以建筑设计与结构设计为核心展开，从建筑设计这一维度，依照毕业设计任务书提及的房间规划要求办，公寓楼呈现出规整的一字模样，建筑长度共计57.1米，宽度为十七点三米。加起来5层，建筑的实际面积为5088.75平方米，高度为17.4米整，功能性的布局囊括大、小公寓，公共活动空间与管理人员的宿舍等，框架结构把空间灵活性跟结构稳固性进行了巧妙融合，实现居住、休闲、收纳等多元需求，提高整体的安全性，通过精准掌握建筑朝向及窗墙比例，取得了很棒的采光及通风成效，构建出宜人的居住空间。结构设计阶段，先开始荷载汇总事宜，统计梁板柱还有剪力墙等构件的实际尺寸，厘定计算模型，选定④轴的框架单元做内力剖析，按照YJK软件计算得出的内力结果，对梁、柱、楼梯、剪力墙及基础开展相关设计计算，并凭借此结果绘制结构施工图，这种结构在维系安全的同时，为住户提供了可根据需求灵活改造的空间，可依据需求调整布局样式，框架结构在公寓楼建筑项目中优势十分突出，跟着建筑科技不断发展，其会一直革新改良，为提升城市居住质量添一份力。关键词：公寓楼结构设计框架结构建筑设计安全性功能性沈阳城市学院毕业论文（设计）AbstractFrom the dimension of architectural design,in accordance with the room planning requirements mentioned in the graduation project assignment,the apartment building presents a regular one-word appearance,with a total length of 57.1 meters and a width of 17.3 meters.Adding up to 5 floors,the actual area of the building is 5088.75 square meters,the height is 17.4 meters,the functional layout includes large and small apartments,public activity space and dormitories for management personnel,etc.,the frame structure cleverly integrates space flexibility and structural stability,realizes multiple needs such as living,leisure and storage,improves the overall safety,and achieves great lighting and ventilation results by accuratelygrasping the building orientation and window wall ratio,and constructs apleasant living space.In the structural design stage,the load summary matters are started first,the actual size of beams,plates,columns and shear walls and other components is counted,the calculation model is determined,the frame unit of the (4)axis is selected to do the internal force analysis,and the relevantdesign calculations are carried out on the beams,columns,stairs,shear walls and foundations according to the internal force results calculated byYJK software,and the structural construction drawings are drawn with this result.The advantages of frame structure in apartment building projectsare very prominent,and with the continuous development of building technology,it will continue to innovate and improve,and contribute to the improvement of urban living quality.Keywords:Apartment Building,Structural Design,Frame Structure,Architectural Design,Safety,Functionality
