Design of embedded temperature control system based onARMAbstract:Temperature alarm has a wide range of applications in life,industry and agriculture,such assetting a temperature alarm function in life,which can be converted into fire monitoring;Industrial boilertemperature alarm function,to achieve abnormal monitoring of the boiler,so the design of high reliable andhigh precision temperature alarm control system is of great significance.In this paper,a temperature control system with temperature alarm and control function as the core isdesigned.Firstly,the elements of realizing the function are analyzed,the system scheme is designed,andthe DS18B20 sensor is selected to realize the temperature detection function.After receiving thetemperature data detected by the sensor,arm single-chip microcomputer is used to compare with the setupper temperature range and lower temperature range to automatically identify the temperature Whetherthe temperature is abnormal?If the temperature is abnormal,the buzzer and LED are designed to give analarm to realize the temperature alarm function.At the same time,the relay is used to adjust the heating andcooling functions to keep the temperature within the given range.By analyzing the characteristics of eachmodule,the hardware circuit of the embedded temperature control system is analyzed in detail,and thesoftware algorithm is analyzed in detail After the physical production,the physical welding and productionof the embedded temperature control system with temperature control as the core are completed,and atemperature control system is designed,in which the system works stably,has high detection sensitivity,and realizes the detection,display and control of temperature.Keywords:DS18B20 temperature sensor,ARM MCU,temperature control,alarm
