化橘红提取物及其有效成分的药理作用研究进展

化橘红提取物及其有效成分的药理作用研究进展摘要化橘红属于传统中药材，本文系统综述化橘红的有效化学成分，对化橘红的来源，有效成分的药效机制和临床应用加以归纳，可以给后续的研究和开发给予科学依据。本文通过文献检索PubMed,CNKI,万方，知网等数据库搜集化橘红提取物及其单体成分的临床前和临床研究。化橘红提取物含有黄酮类化合物，挥发油类，多糖类，香豆素类等多种有效成分。其重点有效成分为黄酮类，对其抗肿瘤、对呼吸道的保护、抗氧化、抗炎、对肝脏的等作用进行详细阐述。在临床上大多数用于呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病。这些研究涉不仅为化橘红治疗中的应用提供了科学依据，也为未来临床应用方面提供了新的思路。关键词：化橘红：黄酮类化合物：抗炎；抗氧化Research Progress onthe Pharmacological Effects of CitrusGrandis 'Tomentosa'Extracts and Their Active ComponentsABSTRACTExocarpium Citri Grandis is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine.This papersystematically reviews is effective chemical components,and summarizes the source ofExocarpium Citri Grandis,the pharmacodynamic mechanism and clinical application ofeffective components.It can provide scientific basis for subsequent research anddevelopment.In this paper,the preclinical and clinical studies of exocarpium citri Grandisextract and its monomer components were collected by literature search in PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,CNKI and other databases.Exocarpium Citri Grandis extract has flavonoids,volatile oils,polysaccharides,coumarins and other active ingredients.The key activeingredient flavonoids have anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory effects.It iswidely used in respiratory and digestive system diseases.Juhong is a characteristic varietyof traditional Chinese medicinal materials,which has unique medicinal value and regionalcultural attributes.Exocarpium Citri Grandis extract and its active ingredients show clearclinical value in respiratory diseases and metabolic diseases.Its anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory and antioxidant effects are the core mechanisms,and the effect issignificant,which is worthy of further development and utilization.Keywords:Citrus grandis Tomentosa';Flavonoids;Anti-inflammatory;Antilxidant
