帕金森患者睡眠状况的调查分析及对策研究摘要目的：了解帕金森病患者睡眠状况进行对策研究以改善患者睡眠质量并提高患者在临床上的依从性和满意度。方法：本人于2023年7月开始选取解放军总医院第一医学中心住院的帕金森病患者，至2024年4月截止共选取帕金森病患者80名，观察帕金森病患者是否存在睡眠问题，将所有患者任意分配至两个组别并限制人数，每个组别的人数均为人(观察组、对照组)。分别进行个性化综合护理和普通护理，护理进程结束后，分别比较所需数据。结果：进程结束后，观察组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义：观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表分数低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义：观察组Epworth嗜睡量表分数低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义：观察组满意度及依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论：帕金森病患者普遍有睡眠障碍，针对其影响因素采取合理正确的措施，可以有效提高睡眠质量，减少患者负面情绪，提高患者在临床治疗过程中的依从性和满意度。关键词：帕金森病：睡眠现状：对策分析；护理效果ABSTRACTObjective:To understand the sleep status of patients and conduct countermeasures toimprove the sleep quality of patients and improve their clinical compliance.Methods:Using thequestionnaire "Survey on the Sleep Status of Parkinson's Patients",I began to select Parkinson'sdisease patients hospitalized in the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital in July2023,and a total of 84 Parkinson's disease patients were selected by April 2024 to observewhether Parkinson's disease patients had sleep problems,and all patients were arbitrarilyassigned to two groups and the number of patients was limited,and the number of patients ineach group was 42 (observation group and control group).Individualized comprehensive careand general care are carried out separately,and the required data are compared separately afterthe care process is completed.Results:After the process,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of theobservation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale score in the observation group was lower than that inthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The score of EpworthSleepiness Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant.The satisfaction and compliance of the observation groupwere higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Parkinson's patients generally have sleep disorders,and takingreasonable and correct measures according to the influencing factors can effectively improve thesleep quality of patients,reduce the negative emotions of patients,and improve the complianceand satisfaction of patients in the process of clinical treatment.Key Words:Parkinson's disease;Sleep status;Countermeasure analysis;Nursing effectⅡ目录第1章引言…第2章资料与方法22.1一般资料。2.1.1研究对象.22.1.2病例纳入标准.22.1.3病例排除标准22.2研究方法。.22.2.1对照组…22.2.2观察组.22.3观察指标。42.3.1焦虑现状….42.3.2睡眠质量.42.3.3评估患者治疗依从性.42.3.4评估患者护理满意度.42.4统计方法.…5第3章结果.63.1调查对象基本情况63.2两组患者焦虑效果比较…3.3两组患者睡眠比较73.4两组患者治疗依从性及对护理满意度比较.83.4.1两组患者治疗依从性比较.83.4.2两组患者护理满意度比较.8第4章讨论.….94.1帕金森病患者存在不同方面的睡眠障碍94.2个性化综合护理能成为改善睡眠障碍的可行方法，.10104.3米来展望.10第5章结论.11参考文献.12致谢.13面附录14附录A帕金森病患者睡眠现状调查14附录B汉密尔顿焦虑量表调查16IV
