企业文化建设中存在的问题与对策研究一以小天鹅公司为例摘要企业文化的培养己经逐渐的成为了现代的企业,进行企业管理工作实际过程当中的一个重点。企业文化建设的出现是有所依据的,是一个逐渐发展的过程,不是一蹴而就的,它是伴随着企业的发展,最终成为了一个完整的系统。对于企业的加速发展来说,人力资源的开发以及企业文化的培养工作是重要的辅助工具,现阶段的公司己经逐渐的意识到企业文化建设的重要性,并高度重视这项工作。他们希望对企业文化进行培养可以快速的提高公司的运营效率,相关的实践数据也说明,领先企业越多,他们对企业文化的重视程度就越高,从而巩固其市场优势。笔者在本文当中主要是对现阶段我国的企业文化问题进行探究,并针对相应的问题提出解决的对策。现在中国的企业文化多数没有自身特点,主要为对其他企业的照搬照抄,因此企业建立中国特色的道路是公司管理者所亟需考虑的。企业文化建设主要是指企业或其他组织或团体传递必要的企业内部文化特征,进行西乡工作需要从两方面入手,首先是基础理论方面,其次是实践层面。比如进行一系列相关活动使得员工提高工作技能、改变自身的思维方式等等来改善工作效率,可以增强公司的竞争力,并在市场竞争中进一步获得可持续优势。笔者通过我国无锡小天鹅公司的数据来探究本土企业文化建设中存在的问题,提出相关建议,以促进企业健康、可持续发展。关键词:企业文化:企业发展:问题:建议第1页共13页Research on the problems and countermeasures in theconstruction of enterprise culture --taking Cygnet Company as anexampleABSTRACTThe cultivation of enterprise culture has gradually become a key point in the actual process ofenterprise management in modern enterprises.The emergence of corporate culture construction isbased on the basis of a gradual development process,not ovemight,it is accompanied by thedevelopment of the enterprise,and eventually become a complete system.For the accelerateddevelopment of enterprises,the development of human resources and the cultivation of corporateculture is an important auxiliary tool.At this stage,companies have gradually realized theimportance of corporate culture construction,and attach great importance to this work.They hopethat the cultivation of corporate culture can quickly improve the operation efficiency of thecompany.Relevant practical data also show that the more leading enterprises,the more they attachimportance to corporate culture,so as to consolidate their market advantages.In this paper,theauthor is mainly to the present stage of China's corporate culture problems are explored,and forthe corresponding problems put forward solutions.At present,most of The corporate culture inChina does not have its own characteristics and is mainly copied from other enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent for corporate managers to consider the establishment of a road with Chinesecharacteristics.The construction of enterprise culture mainly refers to the transmission of the necessaryinternal cultural characteristics of enterprises or other organizations or groups.Xixiang workneeds to be carried out from two aspects,the first is the basic theory,the second is the practicallevel.For example,through a series of related activities,employees can improve their work skillsand change their way of thinking to improve work efficiency,which can enhance thecompetitiveness of the company and further obtain sustainable advantages in the marketcompetition.Through the data of Wuxi Cygnet Company in China,the author explores theproblems existing in the construction of local enterprise culture and puts forward relevant第2页共13页suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Key words:enterprise culture;Enterprise development;Problem;advice目录摘要..1ABSTRACT.·····.21绪论..41.1研究背景...41.2研究意义....41.3相关文献综述.1.3.1.国外研究现状...1.3.2国内研究现
