本科论文AbstractSince ancient times,emergencies have occurred from time to time.Due to the rapiddevelopment of science level in the world,the frequency of emergencies is on the rise,bringing more or less impact on human life.A country's ability of emergency managementand response to emergencies in the modern sense has an inevitable link to protect nationalsecurity,maintain social stability and protect people's property security,and will continue toaffect the development of the whole economy and society.China China novel coronavirus,Australia forest fire,locust disaster in East Africa and fire in Xichang,China,will be a smoothand profitable year.2020 is a very extraordinary year.At present,the urgent need for ourcountry to solve is the construction of emergency management system and the improvementof emergency capacity,which has also become the main focus of public management in theworld.The emergency management of public emergencies has become the main core of thepublic security system.We need to establish and improve an efficient emergency managementsystem to solve all kinds of emergencies in China.This paper expounds the current situationof the emergency management ability of domestic and foreign governments in the face ofemergencies,the development trend of emergencies,and the handling measures of commonemergencies.In view of the current situation of more and more frequent emergencies in ourcountry,the government of our country analyzes the emergency ability and the construction ofemergency system.Key words:emergency;Emergency capability;System construction;Emergencymanagement
