我国互联网金融监管问题及对策研究摘要：随着时代的发展，互联网金融行业的发展通过众筹融资、p2p网贷以及第三方支付的表现形式在互联网及移动技术进步的支持下得到了显著和快速的发展。以产业发展的角度来看，互联网金融的出现，给金融行业带来了更加新鲜的能量和动力，并且于传统的金融行业来说也是一种冲击。以监管层面的角度来看，互联网金融发展也影响着金融行业的监管，给监管提出了一些新的问题，从而进一步给监管的工作带来了新的挑战和突破。而从现阶段互联网金融行业的发展情势来看，监管机制的管理是值得关注的问题，监管机构的监管措施该如何有效合理的监管，是有关监管部门该加强注意的，包括政府和学术界，都应当关注监管的问题。本文将会通过了解互联网金融行业的相关理论，且结合其相关特点以及风险类型，然后对我国目前的互联网金融的发展现状进行分析，最后提出问题，同时还会以新时代的背景下，根据我国对互联网金融的政策精神来对目前我国互联网金融监管体系的构建提出合理的建议。关键词互联网金融政策监管金融体系毕业论文外文摘要Title Research on the problems and countermeasures of InternetFinancial Supervision in ChinaAbstractWith the development of the times,the development of the Internetfinancial industry has developed significantly and rapidly with thesupport of the progress of Internet and mobile technology through themanifestations of crowdfunding financing,P2P online loan and third-partypayment.From the perspective of industrial development,the emergence ofInternet finance has brought more fresh energy and power to the financialindustry,and it is also an impact on the traditional financial industry.From the perspective of supervision,the development of Internet financealso affects the supervision of the financial industry and puts forwardsome new problems to the supervision,which further brings new challengesand breakthroughs to the supervision.From the development situation ofthe Internet financial industry at this stage,the management of theregulatory mechanism is a matter of concern.How to effectively andreasonably supervise the regulatory measures of the regulatory authoritiesis what the relevant regulatory authorities should pay more attention to,including the government and academia.This paper will understand therelevant theories of the Internet financial industry,combined with itsrelevant characteristics and risk types,then analyze the currentdevelopment status of Internet Finance in China,and finally put forwardquestions.At the same time,under the background of the new era,Accordingto the policy spirit of China's Internet finance,this paper puts forwardreasonable suggestions on the construction of China's Internet financialsupervision system.Keywords Internet financePolicyRegulationFinancial system
