后疫情时代辽宁省中小企业融资难的问题研究摘要随着疫情抗击取得关键胜利，中国进入了后疫情时代。从长远的角度来看，融资难问题是阻碍辽宁省中小企业发展的主要原因。在后疫情时代背景下，如果辽宁省中小企业欲摆脱其在前进道路上的困难，最根本的途径就是破解融资难的问题。以多元创新的思维方式从多角度、多领域全面地提出解决辽宁省中小企业融资难的对策，扶助中小企业脱离目前阶段下融资难的不利境遇是具有重要意义的。本文通过采取文献研究法和图表分析方法，以辽宁省中小企业为代表，针对中小企业融资难的问题进行深度探究，寻找其背后原因。通过研究发现目前形势下辽宁中小企业在融资的实际过程环节中，存在为其本身企业融资的担保成本过高、部分中小企业的社会信用度非常低、企业金融人才的不足、政府政策支持力度不够等问题，这些问题直接导致了辽宁中小企业在当前环境下融资困难。同时针对上述问题提出可行对策，降低中小企业的经营风险、提升中小企业的信誉、加大专业人才的引进力度、构建专门的中小企业信贷服务机构、政府加强扶持中小企业的力度，这些举措有利于纾困辽宁中小企业，从而提高企业整体活力进而盘活市场、稳定就业，保证企业和社会经济长期的持续稳定发展。关键词：后疫情时代；中小企业；融资Research on Financing Difficulties of Small and Medium-SizedEnterprises in Liaoning Province in the Post-Epidemic EraAbstractChina has entered the post-epidemic era with key victories in the fight against theepidemic.In the long run,financing difficulty is the main reason that hinders thedevelopment of SMEs in Liaoning Province.In the post-epidemic era,if you want to solvethe obstacles to the survival and development of SMEs,it is undoubtedly an effective wayto solve the financing difficulties of SMEs.It is of great significance to put forward acomprehensive solution to the dilemma of financing difficulties of small and medium-sizedenterprises from multiple perspectives and directions with the thinking mode of multipleinnovations,and effectively help small and medium-sized enterprises to get out of theunfavorable situation of financing difficulties in the current stage.This paper takes small and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning province as therepresentative,uses literature research method and chart analysis method to conductin-depth research on the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises andfind the reasons behind them.This paper found that the current situation of Liaoning in theactual process of small and medium-sized enterprises in financing link,existence itself forits high cost of financing guarantee,part of the social credit of small and medium-sizedenterprises is very low,the enterprise financial talent shortage,the government's policysupport is not enough,these problems directly led to the Liaoning province small andmedium-sized enterprise financing difficulties in the current environment.Feasiblecountermeasures against the problems at the same time,reduce the management risk of thesmall and medium-sized enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprise credibility,intensify the introduction of professional talents,build a special SME credit services,thegovernment,strengthen the support of small and medium-sized enterprises,these measuresto rescue the Liaoning small and medium-sized enterprise financing,thus improveenterprise overall strength,in turn,activate the market,stable employment,To ensure thelong-term sustainable and stable development of enterprises and social economy.Key Words:Post-epidemic era;Core Enterprise;Financing Difficulties目录摘要---....IAbstract一、绪论.1(一)研究背景(二)研究目的与意义.(三)研究思路与研究内容…2(四)研究方法与拟创新之处3二、理论基础与研究综述…(一)相关概念.4(二)理论基础…4(三)研究综述.5三、后疫情时代辽宁省中小企业融资难的现状.7(一)宏观经济不景气使得融资难问题涉及范围广、链条长.7(二)不均衡
