AbstractThe graduation project mainly used the professional knowledge of engineering costlearned and the understanding and analysis of the preparation of bidding documents,andcompiled the bidding documents for the construction of building D1#in Daokou Communityof Shouguang City according to the requirements of the bidding documents and relevantnorms and standards.The project is located in Yingli Town,Shouguang City,is a multi-storeyresidential building,with a total construction area of 6595.1m2,a building height of 22.300m,a seven-storey building floor,a structural type of shear wall structure,and a constructionperiod of 243 calendar days.The preparation of the bidding documents of this project mainly includes:the biddingletter and the appendix of the bidding letter,the commercial bid,the composition table of theproject management organization,the qualification examination data and the technicalstandard.In the process of preparing the bidding documents,the commercial bid part usedGuanglianda BIM platform GTJ and GCCP for modeling and pricing,and the technical bidpart used Guanglianda Zebra schedule,CAD drawing and other software to complete thedrawing of the construction schedule and construction floor plan.Key words:Construction scheme;Tender documents;Bill of Quantities;List pricing
