AbstractWith the gradual improvement of campus network construction,the traditionaleducation mode must be affected by the network development,supported by themodern education must be the trend of education development,high performancemultimedia teaching system has become every necessary hardware facilities,campusnetwork also gradually form a communication system and application networkenvironment,including network video technology provides strong support for thedevelopment of teaching methods.Therefore,the live video broadcast system based onthe campus network has great development prospects in the future.The main thesis ofthis paper is to discuss the design scheme of the campus network video broadcastsystem,the paper extends from the development of the network to the campusnetwork,and puts forward the concept of the campus network and the role of thecampus network.Take streaming media technology as the main method to explain thecampus network and digital campus,and explain some basic information of streamingmedia technology.Finally,the situation of the campus network is analyzed.Based onthe hardware equipment in the campus,such as:video recorder,video broadcaststudio,server and other equipment,a suitable video broadcast system is planned forthe campus.Key words:campus network;streaming media;digital campus;live video system
