伊甸花园工程项目质量控制研究摘要建筑工程项目施工质量对我国工程建设行业的发展水平有着直接影响，更是与购房者的生活息息相关。但目前我国各地的建筑工程项目质量问题仍然时有发生，建筑项目的质量安全问题成为人们纷纷关注讨论的热点问题，同时这也使政府及相关监管部门的公信力不如从前，人民群众给予政府及其相关部门的信任也逐渐呈下滑趋势。为此，探索如何提高施工企业的项目质量管理和控制水平，增强建设项目的实体竞争力，从而提升施工单位的企业形象，提高企业经济效益，对我国建筑施工企业来说已经迫在眉睫。本文主要以伊甸花园工程项目为例，使用文献分析法、实地调查法、层次分析法、德尔菲法等研究方法，对伊甸花园工程项目质量控制问题进行了分析与研究。首先介绍了本文研究目的与意义，分析国内外的研究现状，并对国内外学者的研究进行总结：其次结合伊甸花园工程项目实际情况，提出项目质量控制现状以及项目在质量控制方面存在的问题：然后围绕“人机料法环”等几个方面，通过构建质量控制评价指标体系，对伊甸花园工程项目进行质量控制评价，并进行质量控制优化，构建了基于PDCA循环的伊甸花园建设项目质量控制体系：最后提出了一系列保障优化方案实施的措施，并得出结论，证明优化方案的实施使伊甸花园项目工程质量有了明显的提升。通过分析和论证，证明了本文提出的质量控制优化方案，可以有效提高伊甸花园工程项目质量，对确保工程顺利进行、保证工程优质和按期完工产生了积极作用，同时也有效地改善了施工企业形象，提高了施工单位的整体实力与核心竞争力，拓宽了其发展前景，对企业持续提高建设项目质量具有重要的参考价值和推动作用。关键词质量控制：工程项目：控制评价：方案优化-1-Research on Quality Control of Eden Garden ProjectAbstractThe construction quality of construction projects not only has a direct impact onthe development level of China's engineering construction industry,but also isclosely related to the life of house buyers.However,at present,the quality problemsof construction projects all over China still occur from time to time.The quality andsafety of construction projects has become a hot issue that people pay attention toand discuss.At the same time,it also makes the credibility of the government andrelevant regulatory departments worse than before,and the people's trust in thegovernment and relevant departments also gradually shows a downward trend.Therefore,it is urgent for China's construction enterprises to explore how to improvethe project quality management and control level of construction enterprises,enhancethe entity competitiveness of construction projects,so as to improve the corporateimage of construction units and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper mainly takes Eden Garden project as an example,using literatureanalysis method,field investigation method,chromatography analysis method,Delphi method and other research methods to analyze and study the quality controlproblems of Eden Garden project.Firstly,this paper introduces the purpose andsignificance of this research,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,andsummarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars;Secondly,combined withthe actual situation of Eden Garden project,put forward the status quo of projectquality control and the existing problems in quality control of the project;Thenaround the "man-machine material method ring"and other aspects,through theconstruction of quality control evaluation index system,Eden Garden project qualitycontrol evaluation,and quality control optimization,the construction of Eden Gardenproject quality control system based on PDCA cycle;Finally,a series of measures areput forward to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme,and theconclusion is drawn that the implementation of the optimization scheme hassignificantly improved the quality of Eden Garden project.Through the analysis and argumentation,this article demonstrates that theproposed the quality control of opt
