本科论文AbstractNowadays,with the continuous development of the economy,People's quality of life isalso improving,seemingly a bright future,but also latent huge problems such asenvironmental pollution and energy crisis.Therefore,low-carbon environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction have become two issues that we focus on.Thefirst issue is the key to low carbon,which is to minimize the amount of carbon dioxidereleased into the air,to prevent it from contaminating the atmosphere.The second issue is thekey to energy conservation,reducing the consumption of material and energy,in order toachieve the goal of reducing waste emissions.The first thing we think of as low carbonenergy saving is to use cars as little as possible to get out of the house,but that's only onething.We can't just drive less to get low carbon,but we can develop alternatives to cars,toreally solve the problems of the environment and energy.New Energy vehicle is this tool,newenergy vehicle main use of energy is electricity,at most put into use is electric vehicle.Inrecent years,the development of electric vehicles is getting faster and better,which isinseparable from the support of governments and all kinds of enterprises.The development of electric vehicle (EV)in our country is just beginning.There aremany unknown problems in the construction and operation of EV,which means there aresome risks in the charging station.These uncertain risks will cause many unknown accidentsin the charging station,so it is very important to identify the risks existing in the chargingstation and to evaluate its safety,in this way,we can effectively avoid the risk in the futureproduction and operation.In this thesis,firstly,the development of safety evaluation and charging station at homeand abroad is studied,and the general situation of Yingkou project is understood in detail,then the harmful factors in the project are identified,the qualitative and quantitative methodsare used to evaluate and study the charging station,and to calculate the probability of theaccident and the serious impact it will bring,finally,according to the results of the evaluationof charging station into specific preventive measures and management recommendations inorder to try to avoid these risks in the subsequent construction.Key words:Electric vehicles;Charging pile;Fire;Preventive measures
