本科论文AbstractAs one of the main national policies,safety manufacture is so major.But,due to thelimitations of China's existing technology and economy,compare to the western developedcountry,there is again lots of room for progress.With the technical realization of ourtechnicians,great advance has been had in the field of security production.With the gradualimprovement,the security manufacture policy of "security first,prevention first"hadformulated,emphasizing the special importance of security work.This paper will focus on thedevelopment of security assessment technology,and take polyester factory as an example.Based on the analysis of process design,control scheme,operation,material handling andequipment layout of polyester plant,using the evaluation method of combination of systemhazard analysis and safety checklist,the main hazard source model is established,theproportion of hazard source is determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and itis pointed out that personal factors and management are the most important factors,which arerelated to hazard analysis Analysis.Determine the importance of each procedure,andconcentrate on the improvement of each component,so that the safety system of the plant canbe scientifically,comprehensively and systematically analyzed,evaluated and improved underthe limited resource conditions,and realize the overall optimization.Key words:pr hazard analysis;comprehensive safety evaluation;safety checklist;systemrisk:fuzzy AHP
