本科论文AbstractChina is a manufacturing power with a huge influence on the world.China has thelargest number of factories in the world,and factory safety is the most important part of theproduction process.According to the increasing attention to safety in China in recent years,factory production safety is an indispensable part of maintaining the core competitiveness.Therefore,the study of safety risk identification and evaluation is particularly important forproject safety production.This paper first introduced the domestic and foreign development present situation ofsafety assessment,refer to the current domestic environment of safety evaluation,of Mcompany new plastic striped cloth project research content and the basic theoreticalknowledge,including the connotation,content and classification of security risk assessmentis the research of paper for factory security system to provide adequate theoretical basis.Thenthe construction and production of the project are summarized,so as to identify the dangerand harmful factors in the production process.And the major dangerous,harmful factor forthe division of evaluation unit and selecting safety check list method to evaluate the factoryarrangement of unit selection and risk analysis in advance of production and processingprocess and production equipment units are qualitative analysis,the last process ofproduction and processing unit with the fault tree analysis method for quantitative analysis.Finally,the conclusion of the qualitative and quantitative analysis puts forward correspondingcountermeasures to the project.It provides feasible management basis for the safetyproduction of this project.Key words:Security risk identification;Safety assessment:Safety checklist method;Advance risk analysis;Fault tree analysi
