城市地下空间停车场车位共享模式及交通策略研究

城市地下空间停车场车位共享模式及交通策略研究摘要随着经济的发展，机动车数量快速增长，地面土地资源紧张，停车位短缺和交通拥堵问题愈发严重。为了有效缓解这些问题，本文在城市地下空间综合开发利用的背景下，分析地下空间停车特征，提出车位共享的实施条件及可行性，总结了基于环廊及地下步行系统相连接，基于环路与局部隧道连接以及基于地面道路绕行相连接的三种地下车位共享模式，并且分析了这三种模式的停车、步行、取车行为及优缺点。接着，从地下停车共享模式中出现的问题着手，提出了相应的车位共享交通政策、技术和管理改善策略。最后从共享便捷性、共享费用、共享安全性和环境影响四个方面，选取十二个评估指标，运用层次分析法及模糊综合评价法，建立城市地下空间停车场车位共享模式综合评价体系和模型，探究各指标影响程度并进行定量评价。并且以常州市地下共享停车场为基础构建算例，运用已建立的评价模型对三种模式进行综合评价算出得分，就重要问题指标提出解决策略。经验证，论文提出的城市地下空间停车场车位共享模式综合评价模型实用可行。关键词：地下空间：地下车位共享：层次分析法：模糊综合评价法Research on the sharing mode and traffic strategy of urban undergroundspace parking spacesAbstractWith the development of the economy,the number of motor vehicles is growing rapidly,surface land resources are tight,and the problems of parking space shortage and trafficcongestion are becoming more and more serious.In order to effectively alleviate these problems,this paper analyses the parking characteristics of underground spaces in the context ofcomprehensive development and utilization of urban underground spaces,proposes theimplementation conditions and feasibility of parking space sharing,summarizes threeunderground parking space sharing modes based on the connection of the circular corridor andunderground pedestrian system,based on the connection of the circular road and local tunnel andbased on the connection of the surface road bypass,and analyses the parking,walking and Thethree underground parking sharing modes are analysed in terms of their parking,walking andretrieval behaviour and their advantages and disadvantages.Then,the problems that arise in theunderground parking sharing model are addressed,and corresponding strategies for improvingthe transportation policy,technology and management of parking space sharing are proposed.Finally,twelve evaluation indicators are selected from four aspects:convenience of sharing,costof sharing,safety of sharing and environmental impact,and a comprehensive evaluation systemand model of urban underground parking space sharing mode is established using hierarchicalanalysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In addition,an example is constructedbased on the underground shared car park in Changzhou City,and the established evaluationmodel is used to calculate the scores of the three models and propose strategies to solve theimportant problem indicators.It is verified that the comprehensive evaluation model proposed inthe thesis is practical and feasible for urban underground parking space sharing.Key Words:Underground space;Shared underground parking spaces;Analysis hierarchicalmethod;Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
