山东科技大学工程硕士学位论文摘要AbstractGreen Hospital building is the results of the concept of sustainabledevelopment into the field of hospital construction.Most of the traditionalargument on this field are often confined in vague and general theoreticalresearch as well as partial technical strategy,rather than how to apply theresearch of green hospital design into design practice.Unifies the green building of Yidu Central Hospital in Weifang this paperelaborated the necessity,the condition,the construction scale and the publicauxiliary project of this pubilc-rent-house construction;discussion theenvironmental protection,the energy conservation,the security,theconstruction management and the investment estimate,we can come to theconclusions of reasonable construction plan,scientific project management,legitimate investment estimate and reliable fund-raising.Under the safty ofproject quality,through strengthen construction management and environmentalprotection,analsys the social,economical and environmental effectresultsbenefit,we can draw a conclusion that the Yidu Central Hospita buildingconstruction is feasible in The technical and financial aspects.This article research results will guidance the domestic similar green hospitalbuilding construction.It will promotes coordinated development between the realestate and social economy,achieves the sustainable development,promotes thecoordinated development of person and the urban.Keywords:Green hospital,Design essentials,Functions Material
