BM技术在通大附院门诊楼工程安全管理中的应用研究摘要建设行业作为一项重要的行业，在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。近些年，伴随着城镇化、城镇化的快速推进，建设项目的产出与就业规模持续增长，建设项目的施工质量问题也随之凸显，对建设项目的安全性产生了重大影响。它对职工的人身、财产造成了严重的危害，对公司、对社会产生了严重的危害。作为一种重大工程，如通达附院的门诊楼，其施工过程复杂，工期长，施工过程中存在着许多的不确定因素，给施工的安全性带来了很大的困难。在高速发展的工程建设中，以往的安全生产管理方式已显得有些落后，必须寻求一种全新的、行之有效的安全生产新方式。BIM技术的问世，使建设行业迈入了信息社会，在推动建设行业的快速发展方面发挥了重要的功能。本文旨在通过对BIM技术在建筑工程项目中应用进行深入分析，以克服当前建筑工程项目建设中出现的一些问题，并对建筑工程项目建设中应用BIM进行了理论和方法上的探索。本文先对目前建设项目施工安全管理中的管理方式中所出现的问题和限制进行了介绍，同时还对目前的BIM的研究和应用进行了详细的论述，并根据其结果，对目前的施工企业在进行了详细的分析，并对目前的施工企业在进行了全面的了解，最后，还对BIM技术对施工安全管理提出了更高的要求。关键词：BM;安全管理；施工管理Research on the application of BIM technology in the safetymanagement of outpatient building of Tongda Affiliated HospitalabstractAs an important industry,the construction industry occupies a pivotal position in thenational economy.In recent years,with the rapid advancement of urbanization and urbanization,the output and employment scale of construction projects have continued to grow,and theconstruction quality of construction projects has also become prominent,which has had asignificant impact on the safety of construction projects.It has caused serious harm to thepersonal and property of employees,and caused serious harm to the company and society.As amajor project,such as the outpatient building of the attached hospital,its construction process iscomplex,the construction period is long,and there are many uncertainties in the constructionprocess,which brings great difficulties to the safety of construction.In the high-speeddevelopment of engineering construction,the previous safety production management methodshave become somewhat backward,and we must seek a new and effective new way of safetyproduction.The advent of BIM technology has brought the construction industry into theinformation society and played an important role in promoting the rapid development of theconstruction industry.This paper aims to overcome some problems in the construction of currentconstruction projects by conducting an in-depth analysis of the application of BIM technology inconstruction projects,and to explore the theory and method of applying BIM in the constructionof construction projects.This paper first introduces the problems and limitations in themanagement mode of the current construction safety management of construction projects,andalso discusses the current research and application of BIM in detail,and according to its results,the current construction enterprises are analyzed in detail,and the current constructionenterprises are comprehensively understood,and finally,BIM technology puts forward higherrequirements for construction safety management.Key words:BIM;security management;Construction management
