试论提高土木工程施工项目管理的措施

试论提高土木工程施工项目管理的措施摘要在目前快速发展的建筑行业中，土建工程施工项目管理工作占有十分重要的地位，只有不断地完善和优化土建工程施工项目管理工作，才能提高土建工程施工的质量和安全，促进我国建筑行业的可持续发展。但从目前的情况看，我国土木工程建设项目管理还存在着一些问题与不足，影响到了土木工程建设的质量与安全，因此，必须采取行之有效的措施对其进行优化。本文主要分析研究了目前土木工程施工项目管理中存在的问题，并提出了提高土木工程施工项目管理水平的行之有效的措施，希望能给相关人员提供一些有价值的参考。关键词：建筑业：土木工程：项目管理AbstractIn the rapid development of construction industry at present,civil engineering constructionproject management plays an important role.Only by constantly improving and optimizing civilengineering construction project management,can we improve the quality and safety of civilengineering construction,promote the sustainable development of our country's constructionindustry.But from the present situation,our country civil engineering construction projectmanagement still has some problems and deficiencies,affected the civil engineering constructionquality and safety,therefore,must take effective measures to optimize it.This paper mainlyanalyzes the existing problems in the management of civil engineering construction projects,andputs forward effective measures to improve the management level of civil engineeringconstruction projects,hoping to provide some valuable references for relevant personnel.Key Words:construction industry;Civil engineering;Project management
