北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn recent years,China has entered a stage of rapid social,economic,and culturaldevelopment.At the same time,China's urbanization process has been also constantlypromoted.Problems such as insufficient land use and unreasonable planning in urbanconstruction are also increasingly prominent.In order to promote the saving of intensive landand improve people's living environment,the Ministry of Land and Resources andGuangdong Province jointly implemented the "Three Old Village reconstruction".Thetransformation of old villages reconstruction is an important way to accelerate urban-ruralintegration,improve rural infrastructure and the living environment of villagers,and improveurban quality.In the old village reconstruction,there is often a stakeholder game.This articlemainly analyzes the stakeholders involved in the old village reconstruction and the conflictsof interest that they have generated.It points out that the interest game in the old villagereconstruction is the government,villagers,developers.The game between them,and theprofit and loss of the three in the old village reconstruction are listed.By analyzing thedecision of the three to build a decision tree,judge the balance point brought by the differentdecisions of the three parties,and analyze the factors affecting the decision.Finally,itanalyzes its game balance through practical cases and makes suggestions for thereconstruction of the old village in the future.Keywords:old village reconstruction Tripartite game Balance of interest
