On the Quality of Administrative ManagersAbstractWith the continuous development of society,the working environment andproblems faced by administrative managers are becoming increasingly complex,and the requirements of the talent market for the quality of administrativemanagers are also gradually increasing.Therefore,it is particularly important todeeply explore the connotation,current situation,and effective countermeasuresand suggestions for improving the quality of administrative managers.Theresearch results of this article show that the quality of administrative managersmainly includes three aspects:moral quality,professional quality,and practicalquality.At present,administrative managers have certain shortcomings in terms ofmoral quality,professional quality,and practical quality.In response to theexisting shortcomings,this article proposes five major countermeasures andsuggestions to improve the quality of administrative managers,includingstrengthening administrative manager training,improving the assessment system,motivating administrative managers to innovate,increasing the publicity efforts ofadministrative managers,and establishing a sound socialized assessmentmechanism.Keyword:Administrative management;quality;organizational management
