杭州市跨境电商发展的现状及对策研究

AbstractUnder the guidance of the continuous development of science and technology and the scientific outlook on development,the industrial structure of Hangzhou has changed from the traditiona1"service industry"to the modern "service industry".In terms of stabilizing growth,increasing employment and optimizing the structure,the service industry is playing an increasingly important role and becoming an important strength of Hangzhou.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)on the formulation of the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development adopted in the "opening up the market,promoting the high-quality and efficient development of the service industry"paid great attention to.However,during the "13th Five-Year Plan"period,there are some problems in the development process of our service industry,such as:the value-added rate of service industry is low and the structure is unreasonable.The essence of "cross-border e-commerce"in Hangzhou is"efficiency","sharing"and"convenience".Applying it to the service field is a main way of the unreasonable service industry structure and low added value in Hangzhou at present.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of Hangzhou's international trade on the development of service industry,the correlation between it and the main development index of service industry and the size of its influence,clarifies the role of international trade on the development of service industry,and puts forward the development of Hangzhou's international trade from the perspective of internationaI trade development,aiming at the problems facing Hangzhou's international trade development.Policies and measures to promote the development of China's service sector.Research on the development of cross-border e-commerce in HangzhouKeywords service industry cross-border e-commerce influence countermeasures andsuggestions
