AbstractXXXXXXX硕士学位论文AbstractChina is one of the countries with the largest number of detainees in the world.The series of problems after prisoners return to society has always been a difficultproblem for countries to study,and my country is no exception.As a special group,the released prisoners will return to society after their sentence ends.They willencounter many problems and difficulties in dealing with interpersonal relationships,employment and making a living,and it is difficult to integrate into the society,whichwill bring unstable factors to the society.Therefore,after the prisoners return tosociety,psychological problems,rights protection,social security,employment andother survival problems must be solved,otherwise it will directly affect whether theycan truly embark on the road of new life.In recent years,china has gradually paid more attention to the issue of releasedprisoners,and some regions have boldly innovated policies and measures for return toassistance,with good results,and the issue of return to society has been initiallyresolved.At present,the main problems faced by prisoners returning to society are:First,the society's discrimination and prejudice against prisoners make them unable tointegrate into society smoothly.The second is the lack of work skills andcompetitiveness of prisoners themselves.The third is that due to the long-termimprisonment of prisoners,the cognition and vision of the released prisoners are outof touch with the society,and they cannot keep up with the pace of socialdevelopment.It can be seen that there are still many problems to be solved in theintegration of released prisoners after they return to society.This article is divided into five parts to study the integration of prisoners afterreturning to society.The first is an overview of the reintegration of prisoners intosociety.First,discuss the concept and define the scope of research,mainly explain thetwo concepts of prisoners and return to society,and define the research scope of thisarticle on this basis;secondly,expound the significance of prisoners returning tosociety.The second is to sort out the current basic situation of prisoners in my country.It mainly discusses the basic situation,social protection situation and re-offending
