Abstract:For a long time,inventory management,rapid response to the market is oneof the core content of supply chain management,but also an important part of thevalue chain to achieve value-added.Domestic and foreign scholars on the principleand method of traditional inventory management,has been studied in a perfect andmature,not only have a scientific and reasonable inventory management to avoid thedrawbacks of inaccurate demand plan and make the enterprise sales inventoryfluctuations phenomenon,but also conducive to reduce the stock of enterprises.Asurvey of retail chain inventory management,the traditional inventory managementmodel is facing many problems;at the same time,affect the level of inventorymanagement of the chain retail is enormous,it not only restricts the performance ofthe entire supply chain,but also affect the retail chain of the overall cost of the supplychain.In the supply chain competition environment,the existing inventorymanagement mode and method has seriously restricted the improvement of thecompetitiveness of enterprises.This paper through the analysis of chain supermarket inventory managementstatus,is based on the inventory management status of Auchan Xuefu Road shop asthe research object,through the characteristics of the current inventory managementmethod of the basic ideas,advantages and disadvantages analysis and implementationsteps,summed up the Auchan supermarket Xuefu Road store inventory problems,find the optimal method to solve the inventory management issues;and the emergenceof the actual operation of the Auchan supermarket shop Xuefu Road in questionsolution,finally put forward some suggestions for improvement of inventorymanagement of Auchan supermarket Xuefu Road shop.Therefore,the research on Auchan supermarket Xuefu Road store inventorycontrol under supply chain management,the supermarket inventory management caneffectively solve the problem of low efficiency.This study is beneficial to the Auchansupermarket Xuefu Road store competitiveness and improve the rate of capitalturnover.It is especially important to improve the response speed and reduce theI
