Research on the optimization of the end distributionpath of urban e-commerce logistics based on mileage savingmethod[Abstract]With the popularization and application of e-commerce,onlineshopping has become more and more common and an indispensable part of people'slife.On the one hand,the vigorous development of e-commerce promotes thedevelopment of the logistics industry.On the other hand,the development ofe-commerce relies more and more on the logistics service,and the logistics serviceproblem is increasingly prominent.The problems existing in the end distribution ofurban e-commerce logistics are urgent to be solved.This paper first through consulting the literature to understand the researchdirection and content of domestic and foreign scholars on urban logistics terminaldistribution,and learn from the relevant experience of advanced research at home andabroad;secondly,it introduces the theoretical knowledge of urban terminaldistribution and distribution optimization,path optimization and other relatedknowledge,and defines the method of path optimization;then,it investigates thedistribution station of Jingdong Logistics located in the Hakka village,Haizhu District,Guangzhou city Interview and questionnaire survey collect the basic data of thedistribution line of JD logistics in Haizhu District,Guangzhou.Considering theconfusion and unscientific of the distribution line,considering the load of distributionvehicles and the maximum driving distance,the paper uses the mileage saving methodto plan the distribution line of JD logistics in Haizhu District,Guangzhou,and findsout the optimized distribution line.Finally,it combines the two methods According tothe results of the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that there are some problems inthe process of implementing the end distribution of urban e-commerce logistics inChina,such as lax management,improper operation and unscientific distribution routeplanning.According to the feedback of the questionnaire,the improvement andoptimization measures are put forward,hoping to provide reference for other regions
