英文题目AbstractMaterial management is the top priority of every company and enterprise's productionand operation.High-level material management can bring efficient production operation andprecise cost control to enterprises,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.More enterprises regard informatization construction as an important strategy for enterprisedevelopment,and begin to formulate informatization systems.At the same time,theyintroduce advanced management concepts and use ERP systems for informatizationproduction operations,etc.,laying a foundation for the long-term development of enterprises.This article takes the management status of an environmental protection powergeneration company in the power industry as a case to discuss the possible problems andlimitations of the company's material management,such as insufficient informationizationand imperfect management system.Based on this,this management system combines theconcept of "optimal total cost of supply chain management"to design and develop the overallbusiness of the material management system.This management system uses PHP as the main development language,uses thePHP-based open source technology framework ThinkPHP5.1 as the development framework,and provides a server and database service for the system with the integrated environment of"Apache PHP MySQL"WampServer Web front-end development technology "HTML+CSS JavaScript"realizes the front-end and back-end interface interaction.This system is mainly divided into two major modules:business platform andmanagement platform.The business platform can use the system's workflow engine,WorkFlow,to implement the initiation and approval of major basic business of materialmanagement,such as the initiation and approval of business such as demand application,procurement plan,procurement warehousing,procurement outbound,etc.,this moduleProvide the most basic business activity support for enterprise users;the managementplatform provides enterprise administrator users with basic functions such as personnelmanagement,material management,warehouse management,etc.,to provide guarantee forthe normal operation of various services of the business platform;and process design,The2
