Production planning of a stationery factoryAbstract The main purpose of this paper is to design an optimal production planning problem.By building a linear programming model to produce three kinds of goods with one raw material in afactory,the optimal production planning problem can be formulated.In the solution process,wecan get the maximum profit,the optimal production plan,and the sensitivity analysis of differentproduction plans and conditions under different production conditions and planning arrangements.Based on the reasonable assumption of problem one,the data in the problem is extracted,and thedecisive conditions and constraints that determine the interests of the factory are selected.Thenthe required objective function max can be obtained by using the linear programming model.Through the analysis of the problem,under the constraints of the quantity of raw materialssupplied by the factory and the quantity of employees in the factory,the current productionconditions can be obtained by using LINGO software The maximum benefit available is 4980,andthe number of employees to be allocated for different products.The second problem is to analyzethe sensitivity of LingOn software to study the influence on the optimal scheme when the supply ofwhite embryo paper changes.According to the data given in question 1,it is concluded that whenthe supply is between 10000 kg and 40000 kg,the optimal solution remains unchanged and themaximum profit remains unchanged.Then,for problem 3,the objective function max is listedaccording to the given conditional linear programming through reasonable assumptions.When thesupply of white paper is constant but the productivity is insufficient,how many temporary workersare recruited to maximize the benefits of the factory is discussed.We will increase the number oftemporary workers by 200 and get the maximum profit.Keywords optimumsolution LINGO sensitivity analysiswordLinear programming for production planning
