AbstractTraditional cake mounting flowers are mainly artificial,not only high cost,butalso low efficiency.Because of the diversity of mounting patterns,it is difficult toensure the quality of the mounting cake,and can not achieve any mounting patternmounting.In order to solve the above problems in the traditional cake decoratingindustry,many mature theories and technologies in the numerical control industry,inline with the practical and easy promotion,the "cake automatic decorating machinedesign".This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the vegetable cream decorating,established the overall scheme of cake automatic mounting machine,and studied howto improve the accuracy and efficiency of the decorating machine.Finally,the designrequirements of cake decorating automation machine is realized.This design studiesthe overall structure of the automatic decorating machine,mainly including the designof the decorating machine extrusion device and workbench,complete the structuredesign of the transmission system,analyze the principle of the assembly with CAD,the overall structure of important parts,establish the 3 d diagram of some importantparts,and the simulation analysis.Key words:mounting machine;extrusion device;transmission structure;simulation analysisKey Words:Frmachine;Extrusion device;Transmission structure;Simulation analysis
