Design of lightweight solar car air purifier based on SC92F8003Abstract:In recent years,with the development of urban industry and economy,the problem of airpollution is becoming more and more prominent,and air quality has been paid more and moreattention.Because the decoration materials in the car interior contain formaldehyde,benzene,TVOC andother organic pollutants beyond the standard,the dust,bacteria,viruses and toxic chemicals in the airinside the car endanger people's health.A lot of recent studies have shown that there are often excessiveorganic pollutants such as formaldehyde,benzene,TVOC and so on in automobile interiors,whichcause particularly serious injuries to human body.At present,the main methods to improve indoor airquality are air purifiers,which are widely used and recognized internationally.This paper adopts thecurrent mainstream air purification technology and high efficiency solar energy charging technologydesign of a comprehensive design.In this paper,development and design of lightweight solar car air purifier,using the concept ofmodular structure design,using the MPPT and lithium battery technology for power supply,this systemUSES the gas sensor technology,car indoor air quality data,using the yuan micro high-speed MCUmicrocontroller as the central principle,through the central manager machine control anion generatorrelease negative ions to the car indoor air purification.First of all,the design of the joint system requiresthat SC92F8003 in the seiyuan microcontroller is adopted as the central processing unit of the system,and the requirements of the gas sensor and other module structures are selected to complete the designof the basic scheme of the system.Secondly,the circuit structure of the system is preliminarily designed,which mainly includes the power conversion module,the gas sensor module,the fan drive controlmodule,the negative ion purification module and the man-machine interaction module.Thirdly,thesoftware part of the system is preliminarily designed.On the basis of module selection and hardwarecircuit preliminary design,the main program functions of the system software are introduced.Finally,the hardware and software of the system are debugged by the way of structured debugging.This designand development of lightweight solar car air purifier has environmental protection,energy saving,visualization,and its price friendly.In this design development and research to clarify that lightweightsolar vehicle air purifier design ideas in line with the engineering design and market demand.Keywords:Vehicle-mounted,Anion,Solar energy,Air purifier
