北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design and implementation of the automatic managementsystem of College reimbursementAbstractWith the development of systematization and informatization of Business School ofZhuhai College of Beijing,computer processing data is not only efficient and accurate,butalso helps people to complete complicated and repetitive work.According to the investigation,the reimbursement methods of its technology are all traditional reimbursement modes.teachercan only submit the reimbursement application face to face when the audit teacher is free,different reimbursement types need to submit the reimbursement form to different auditteachers for approval.Such manual reimbursement methods have complicated procedures,long time-consuming,low efficiency and paper and time Waste of resources.A collegereimbursement management system provides a convenient,fast and efficient reimbursementchannel for business school teachers.The system have three parts:the application teacher,the audit teacher and theadministrator.In the system,the application teacher applies for reimbursement according tosix different reimbursement types:(1)Quality Engineering (2)academic lectures (3)professional construction activities (4)practice base expansion (5)practical teaching funds(6)student activity funds.The system pushes to the designated audit teacher for approvalaccording to different reimbursement type processes.The audit teacher only needs to approvethe application within a certain time Please return the bill.The system uses B/S architecture,PHP as development language,phpstudy as developent environment,MySQL as backgrounddatabase,phpstorm as developent tool,and laravel admin as developent framework.The system interface is simple,elegant,unified and easy to operate.The database designis also reasonable,focusing on the management of sales amount planning.At the same time,itrealizes the business statistics query module,optimizes the operation and functionality of thesystem,and conforms to the standard mode of modern material management number.It isvery possible for the actual material.Key words:Management information system;B/S mode;PHP;reimburseentmanagement;Business School
