北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Analysis and Design of General Task ManagementInformation SystemAbstractAt present all kinds of work every day in the daily operation management of theorganization there are all kinds of work,need different departments and personnel throughcommunicate with each other and work together to ensure that the work quantity and finish ontime,and the mission of the traditional management is mainly the demand by word-of-mouth,social tools or work conference to release all kinds of work requirement,which can cause taskissued late,execution,and supervision and so on a series of inconvenient,and easily becauseof the mutual information feedback is not timely asymmetric information situation,resultingin the task of management efficiency,Sometimes it will even cause some unnecessary human,material and financial losses.At the same time,in daily life,we often have a lot of schedules,plans and transactions tobe completed on time,so there are a lot of help users record the schedule and transactions sothat they plan a good time to complete the software came into being.However,at present,wecan see a common task management platform that can realize one-stop planning of work tasksand life schedules,while the existing common traditional task management tools also havemany shortcomings in the integrity of tasks and the humanized cover of the execution process.In this context,full of opportunities and challenges in the present commonly usedcommon task management tool to realize the process of task managing,standardize and IT,effectively improve the execution efficiency of user tasks,on the basis of the development oflight weight,high efficiency based front-end framework Vue.js,ElementUI and rapiddevelopment with the Toone-V3 at zero coding information system technology,design anddevelop a universal task management system,under the premise that retain the advantages ofgeneral task management tool,the definition of a task,execution and monitoring process toimprove generalization,flexibility,It can not only achieve one-stop management of tasks andplans in a variety of application scenarios,but also better improve users'task managementexperience and create greater social value and benefits.Key words:general task management;management information system;B/S
