Design of House Rental ManagementSystem Based on WEBElectronic information science and technology Candidate:***Advisor:***Abstract:With the advancement of urbanization,more and more people arepouring into the city,and at the same time,it also brings a strong demandfor rental housing.Traditional house rental management relying on manualrecords cannot meet people's needs for house rental management.Therefore,this paper designs a management system based on housing rental accordingto the needs of housing rentalinformatization.The house rental managementsystem designed in this paper adopts the combination of SSM framework,JSP technology and database technology,uses three-tier architecture,exchanges data between browser and server,and accesses data throughdatabase technology.This paper starts with the introduction of the keytechnologies of the system,analyzes the goals and requirements of thesystem,designs the function and database of the system,and completes theimplementation and testing of the system.The realization of the functionof personnel and information release,and the test for the function showsthat the system runs stably and can well serve the user's rental andgroupneeds.Key words:web;House rental;SSM;JSP
