AbstractFor healthy,people often want to exercise themselves in ways such asfitness exercises in addition to their ability.Heart rate is exactly an indicator ofexercise intensity,and its level directly affects the training effect of people,especially those who want to lose fat.At the same time,the performance of theheart rate can also allow people to detect the abnormal body in time.Irregularheart rates often result.Heart,cardiovascular and other diseases.But often sucha deadly disease,the way to detect it is simple.The heart rate monitor is adevice that can monitor you in real time and alert you in an emergency,so youcan see that the heart rate monitor is very important for people.The heart rate detector is designed with STM32F103 as the core controlterminal and signal acquisition and detection system,combined withdual-wavelength frequency division method and over sampler technology,which not only improves the signal resolution,improves the signal-to-noiseratio,but also greatly simplifies the circuit.Digital filtering and digitaldemodulation are used to separate the two-way signals.The data side will usean OLED screen to discipline and synchronize an individual's dynamic heartrate,which will include a separate display of the heart rate in an already morevisible icon mode.The average heart rate is calculated according to thecharacteristics of the pulse waveform and the basis of electrocardiogram.Key words:Heart rate detectionSTM32Dynamic spectrumPulse condition map
