基于EasyPR的智慧停车辅助系统的设计与实现

AbstractIn today's society with an increasing number of private cars,in addition to the increasinglyserious problem of road congestion,the supporting parking lot is also in urgent need ofupgrading and transformation,and the transformation from the previous single closed parking lotmanagement to platform management is a humanized solution to solve the current problem.Thisproject plans to design and develop a relatively comprehensive system project,theEasyPR-based smart parking assistance system,to practice and integrate the relevant knowledgelearned during the university.Based on machine vision and artificial intelligence view judgment,this topic uses the toolof EasyPR recognition framework to realize license plate recognition,and realizes theinformation interaction between the system server and the client based on the cross-platformdevelopment of communication framework and custom protocol and VS+Linux,and theinformation of each client can be updated in real time through the SQLite3 database,and finallythe user login registration,vehicle entry and exit license plate information recognition,Smartparking assistance system for billing,parking lot internal management and vehicle informationinquiry.Keywords:EasyPR license plate recognition framework;server;parking assistancesystem;SQLite3◇
