北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of High-PowerLaser Diode Pulse Power SupplyAbstractWith the continuous improvement and enhancement of the working characteristics oflaser diodes,it has gradually been used in various fields such as national defense,scientificresearch,medical treatment,processing,and other lasers are irreplaceable.Role has become ahot topic in various countries.The laser diode pulse drive power is responsible for the driving,control and protection of the entire circuit.It also determines the stability of the laser diodesystem and other important technologies,which have important effects on the outputcharacteristics of the laser diode.The main contents of this article include:introducing the research background andsignificance of the paper.By understanding and analyzing the working principle of the LDdrive power supply,and according to its power requirements,the design of the pulse powersupply and the use of power MOSFET as the power module are determined It can achieve apower efficiency of 90%while having a high output current and a low duty cycle.Theprinciple of current feedback control is used to achieve precise control of pulse currentamplitude and pulse width.At the same time,a protection circuit is used to enable high-powerlaser diodes to effectively suppress surge surge current,ensure its working efficiency andenhance load adaptability.Keywords:High-power laser diode;Drive circuit;Laser power
