Design of Electrical Control System for Oil PipelineHydraulic Testing Machine-Control System SectionAbstractWith the development and promotion of science and technology,China's oilindustry has also begun to generally use oil pipelines,especially in the process of oilextraction,often facing harsh and complex terrain and environment,which willfurther test the quality of pipelines.Therefore,the oil pipeline must be pressure testedbefore and after production to ensure that the quality of the pipeline meets thestandards.That is,the oil pipeline should be pressure tested by hydraulic testequipment before leaving the factory.The implementation of this link is veryimportant for the oil pipeline.In order to further improve the pressure resistance of oilpipelines,water pressure control is designed for this purpose.The equipment forrealizing pressure measurement is a hydraulic test machine.The pressuremeasurement principle of the equipment is based on oil-water balance conditions toachieve water pressure control.Through this experimental test,it can detect whetherthere is leakage in the oil pipeline,and at the same time,it can further eliminate theresidual pressure generated by the oil pipeline during production.First,inject a certainamount of water into the oil pipeline to increase its water pressure to a certain range.Under the existing pressure state,carefully observe whether there is water leakage inthe pipeline and whether the water pressure remains stable.The equipment systemcomposition is relatively complicated.It is composed of mechanical,hydraulic andother equipment,and is a type of electromechanical-hydraulic integrated equipment.The equipment control system is applied to many technologies,including frequencyconversion and electric drive.Moreover,the system showed relatively good stabilityduring the water supply process.The management of water supply equipment isrelatively simple,which not only improves the efficiency of water supply,but alsosaves energy.In this regard,this topic will focus on the discussion and research on theconstant pressure control system of the oil pipeline hydraulic test machine,which hasvery important practical significance for energy saving and consumption reduction.Key Words:Oil pipeline;Automatic control;High pressure;Low pressure
