基于PLC的锅炉输煤控制系统设计

河北科技学院19届本科毕业设计AbstractBoilers are indispensable in our lives.Coal is the main raw material forproviding energy.Different equipment in the coal handling system,differentprocedures,and different working conditions.Nowadays,China's boiler coal miningautomation is not high,most of them also require a large amount of manpower formanual coal transportation,as well as cinder emissions,sewage treatment and faultdetection have not yet achieved high automation,this design is to solve these Theproblem is low in automation to design.Therefore,these should be implemented instrict order,so the control system is very important to the whole process of coaltransportation.This time,the paper takes the coal handling system as the research object.Thedesign of this paper is based on PLC s7-200.Through the hardware selection anddesign and software design,the whole coal handling system is controlled.The PLC issimple to use and can be programmed individually to perform specific tasks.The design of the coal handling system is mainly to improve the automation ofboiler coal transportation,improve its operation process,and make it more convenientto operate more automatically.Keyword:PLC;Coal handling system
