AbstractWith the high development of modern society and economy,environmental problemshave become more and more people's concern.Environmental pollution not onlyaffects people,but also has higher and higher requirements for emission control.Technology is developing rapidly in recent years,the bag filter class life atthe same time also affects the ecological development of the whole earth and balance,so the flue dust emission pollution,fabric accessories continuously improveperformance,extend the service life of filter bag,bag filter applicability ismore and more widely,in electric power,cement,steel,metallurgy and chemicalindustry and other industries widely used.In the process of industrial dustcontrol,compared with electrostatic dust removal,in some dust occasions withhigh specific resistance,fine particles and special components,the selectionof bag-type dust remover can ensure the high efficiency,stability and microemission of flue gas.Therefore,bag-type dust collector is an ideal and efficientdust removal equipment,and its emission concentration can be 5-50mg/Nm3.Pulsejet bag filter (also known as tube type of low pressure pulse filter)the technologyis in the early 180 s feida company imported from Sweden,nearly 20 years,hasbecome the domestic production of pulse bag filter all leading productsmanufacturer,is currently the world's most successful application bag dustremoval technology,has successfully run in iron and steel,cement,chemicalindustry,machinery,etc.The main task of this paper is to design a dust removalsystem including pulse bag filter.Key words:boiler dust bag type dust collector pulse type environmental protection
