南京工业职业技术学院奔驰S500自动变速籍的检测与维修奔驰S500自动变速箱的检测与维修摘要随着自动变速器在现代轿车上使用的普及，自动变速器的维修也越来越成为汽修行业的重中之重。本文以奔驰S500自动变速器为例重点介绍了其结构、原理和维修方法。论文介绍了奔驰S500的结构、工作原理、常见故障及故障检修。总结了奔驰S500自动变速器在工作生活中所遇见的现实故障，对故障汽车不能升档、无前进档、无倒车档等常见故障进行了分析研究，提出了现实故障中的思路和排除的方法。关键字：奔驰$500自动变速器、结构、原理、检测、维修装AbstractWith the popularity of automatic transmissions used on modern cars,automatictransmission repair aftermarket industry is increasingly becoming a top priority.Taking as an订example the automatic transmission Mercedes-Benz S500 focuses on its structure,principle andmaintenance methods.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the Mercedes-Benz S500,often fail and it failed repairs.Summed up the Mercedes-Benz S500 automatic transmissions in线working life are met real fault,the fault automobile is not an upshift,no forward gear,commonfaults no reverse gear were analyzed research,the real fault of the ideas and methods to exclude.Key words:Mercedes-Benz S500,structure,principle,examination,maintain
