本科论文AbstractThanks to the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the constant improvementof science and technology in recent years,logistics is an important function of moderncompanies,the logistics industry has long measured the modernization of the country and itscomprehensive national strength.Many companies have also started setting up their logisticscentres..Logistics centers cover all the infrastructure of the logistics system and have becomethe hub of the logistics supply chain,and work efficiency directly affects the economicbenefits of enterprises.Based on the example of the logistics centre,a three-dimensionalsimulation method is used to simulate the logistics centre's operating process using Flexsimsimulation software..Through the visual analysis of the simulation results,we find out how tosolve the problem of low efficiency in picking path and optimize it.First,this projectintroduces the role of the logistics centre in the logistics system,the impact of the choice ofthe path on the entire logistics centre,second,detailed analysis of picking operation flow,forthe following optimization path laid the foundation,and then detailed introduction of Flexsimsoftware generation and application,functional characteristics and modeling of the basic steps.Finally,the system simulation of the operation process of logistics center is established withFlexsim,the main parameters are set up and the operation is simulated,and the "bottleneck"of the picking path is found,and then Set up the optimization target and optimizationmethod of the system,run the new model through many simulations,finally complete theoptimization of picking path,and find the way and way to solve the problem for the enterprisemanagement logistics center.Keywords:logistics center;simulation;optimization;Flexsim;picking path
