本科论文关键词:供应商选择;关键零部件:AHP模型AbstractThe rapid development of information technology has made economic globalization and marketcompetition diversification more fierce.For an enterprise,supplier management plays a veryimportant role in the future development and planning of the enterprise.In order to stabilize in theera of rapid development Keeping pace and achieving high quality,low cost and flexible productionmust rely on a scientific and reasonable supplier selection system,so as to find the best partner foryourself.However,at present,many enterprises lack a scientific and reasonable supplier selectionevaluation system,which makes it impossible to choose the most suitable supplier strategic partner,which has a certain restrictive effect on the future development of the enterprise.In the early stageof enterprise development,many companies take the maximization of their own interests as thestarting point and choose the one with the lowest price among many suppliers to obtain the requiredparts.The main concern of an enterprise is its own interests,and it will not consider the interests ofsuppliers,that is,it will not consider the formation of a strategic partnership with suppliers as aconsideration.However,the market environment is becoming more and more fierce.In order toseek lower costs and higher profits,enterprises are paying more and more attention to partnershipswith enterprises above and below the supply chain.This paper mainly completes the following aspects:(1)Y company A product as an example,A product in A company's business model,based on itsoriginal supplier selection model to establish new supplier evaluation index system,then using theanalytic hierarchy process (AHP),A product for Y company to establish A set of practical andeffective supplier selection evaluation model,at last,by using the model of the supplier selectionevaluation and analysis of the results.Ensure that the new evaluation index system is applicable toY company's product A.In this way,the supplier management ability of product A of Y companycan be improved,the operation efficiency of supply chain can be improved,and the enterprisecompetitiveness of product A of Y company can be enhanced from the side.(2)sets out from the actual situation of Y company A product,the company is now the supplierselection problems existing in the evaluation system,analyze the cause of these problems,putsforward more in line with the company for the future development of scientific and reasonableevaluation index system of supplier selection,so as to help and Y company A product similar tosome of the listed enterprise to solve the problems encountered in the real life.To sum up,the proposed approach can help Y company A product to choose the best supplier ofstrategic partners,so that both sides in the cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win,effectively improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,for enterprise future developmentlaid A solid foundation,at the same time,the method of the same type enterprise also to have certainreference value.Keywords:supplier selection;key components;AHP model
