本科论文AbstractThis study aims at the safety problem of LNG ship berthing and departing,and draws onthe experience of evaluation model research in related fields,and takes LNG ships Berthingand berthing safety as the research object,starting from people,ships,and the environment,and establishing three secondary indicators and fifteen third-level indicators Risk safetyevaluation model.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index weights atdifferent levels,combined with the assessment of the current status of LNG ship's berthingand berthing risk,the berthing and berthing risk level is obtained.The results show that thepersonnel factor is the most important factor affecting the safety of anchored ships.Theevaluation model established in this paper is reasonable and practical,and it is an effectiveevaluation method for evaluating the risk safety of anchored ships.Key words:Berthing and berthing,Analytic hierarchy process,Risk assessment
