基于微信小程序的医院陪诊系统的设计与实现摘要针对老龄化社会和部分人群对于上班时间的顾虑,老人因行动受限,认知与沟通存在障碍:小孩因在就诊中需要心理安抚或需要对突发疾病进行应急处理以及医疗陪诊服务标准化缺失等痛点,所以设计了一个基于微信小程序平台的医院陪诊系统,无需下载APP在微信上就能操作。系统采用模块化架构,划分为五大核心功能模块:首页模块通过动态公告轮播、智能推荐与无障碍设计适配老年用户场景:服务模块利用分类导航标签动态加载陪诊服务,优化交互路径:预约模块集成表单验证引擎与本地存储技术,保障数据完整性:记录模块通过虚拟列表渲染与状态筛选提升长数据管理效率:个人中心模块整合客服直连与全局状态管理,实现用户信息统一维护。在技术实现层面,系统以WXML-WXSS-JS技术栈为核心,采用组件化开发模式,结合本地存储(wx.setStorageSync)与JSON标准化数据管理,通过双向数据绑定(setData)实现视图和状态实时同步。应用动态路由参数传递、虚拟列表渲染及表单预处理技术,并引入二次确认机制降低误操作风险。在主流真机上进行测试,模块化设计提升系统响应效率,设计简便让用户操作路径缩短,能够精确查找到服务。系统为医疗陪诊服务的标准化与智能化转型提供了可扩展的技术框架,兼具数据安全性与用户体验优化价值,对缓解老龄化社会医疗资源供需矛盾以及时间局限性具有实践意义。关键词:微信小程序:老龄化社会医疗需求:医院陪诊系统:本地储存:组件化开发ABSTRACTAddressing the concerns arising from an aging society and the time constraints facedby certain individuals,including the elderly who suffer from limited mobility,cognitive andcommunication impairments,and children who require psychological comfort duringmedical visits or emergency handling for sudden illnesses,as well as the lack ofstandardized medical escort services,a hospital escort system based on the WeChat MiniProgram platform has been designed.This system can be operated directly on WeChatwithout the need to download an APP.The system adopts a modular architecture,which isdivided into five core functional modules:the Home module employs dynamicannouncement carousels,intelligent recommendations,and barrier-free design to cater to theneeds of elderly users;the Services module utilizes categorized navigation tags todynamically load escort services,optimizing the interaction path;the Appointment moduleintegrates a form validation engine and local storage technology to ensure data integrity;theRecords module enhances long-data management efficiency through virtual list renderingand status filtering;and the Personal Center module integrates direct customer serviceaccess and global state management to achieve unified maintenance of user information.At the technical implementation level,the system is centered around theWXML-WXSS-JS technology stack,employing a component-based development model.Itcombines local storage (wx.setStorageSync)with standardized JSON data management,achieving real-time synchronization between views and states through bidirectional databinding (setData).The system applies dynamic routing parameter passing,virtual listrendering,and form preprocessing techniques,and introduces a double-confirmationmechanism to reduce the risk of misoperations.After testing on mainstream real devices,it has been demonstrated that the modulardesign enhances the system's response efficiency,and the simplified design shortens users'operation paths,enabling them to precisely locate services.This system provides a scalabletechnical framework for the standardization and intelligent transformation of medical escortservices,offering value in terms of both data security and user experience optimization.Itholds practical significance for alleviating the imbalance between supply and demand ofmedical resources in an aging society
