摘要在当前信息技术迅猛发展的背景下,建筑行业正面临着转型升级的压力,其中工程项目质量管理作为保障工程质量和效益的关键环节,亟需借助智能化技术提升其效率和准确性。针对传统质量管理方法存在信息孤岛、流程繁琐及反应迟缓等问题,本文深入研究了人工智能与信息化技术在工程项目质量管理中的应用,旨在通过智能化手段优化管理流程,提高质量控制的自动化和智能化水平。本研究从工程项目质量管理的特点出发,首先系统地回顾了相关文献,总结了质量管理智能化的目的与意义。在此基础上,详细探讨了智能化技术实现的途径,包括采用现有技术及创新新技术,如人工智能算法、数据挖掘、物联网(IoT)以及建筑信息模型(BM)等。特别地,本文重点分析了如何利用这些技术解决质量管理过程中的重点和关键问题,例如实时质量监控、缺陷预测、决策支持系统的构建等。在技术应用方面,本文以实际案例为基础,阐述了智能化技术在具体工程项目质量管理过程中的实施步骤和成效,评估了其在实际操作中的可行性和普适性。通过对比分析,展示了智能化技术在提高质量管理效率、降低成本以及提升项目质量方面的显著优势。在研究结论部分,本文总结了智能化技术在工程项目质量管理中的应用成果,并提出了相关技术方法的创新点。这些创新不仅为工程项目质量管理提供了新思路,也为行业内其他领域的智能化转型提供了可借鉴的经验。综上所述,本文的研究不仅具有理论价值,通过实证分析验证了智能化技术在工程项目质量管理中的有效性,而且对于推动建筑行业信息化、智能化转型具有重要的实践意义。关键词:人工智能,项目质量管理,信息化AbstractIn the context of the rapid development of information technology,thconstructionindustry is facing pressure of transformation and upgrading.Among them,projqualitymanagement,as a key link to ensure project quality and efficiency,urgently needs to useintelligent technology to improve its efficiency and accuracy.In response to the problems ofinformation isolation,cumbersome processes,and slow responstraditional qualitymanagement methods,this article conducts in-depth research on the application of artificialintelligence and information technology in engineering project quality management,aiming tooptimize management processes through intelligent means and improve the automation andintelligence level of quality control.Starting from the characteristics of engineering project quality management,this studysystematically reviewed relevant literature and summarized the purpose and significance ofintelligent quality management.On this basis,the implementation methods of intelligenttechnology were discussed in detail,including the use of existing and innovative newtechnologies such as artificial intelligence algorithms,data mining,Internet of Things (IoT),and Building Information Modeling(BIM).Specifically,this article focuses on analyzing howto utilize these technologies to address key and critical issues in the quality managementprocess,such as real-time quality monitoring,defect prediction,and the construction ofdecision support systems.In terms of technological application,this article is based on practical cases andelaborates on the implementation steps and effectiveness of intelligent technology in thequality management process of specific engineering projects,evaluating its feasibility anduniversality in practical operation.Through comparative analysis,the significant advantagesof intelligent technology in improving quality management efficiency,In the researchconclusion section,this article summarizes the application achievements of intelligenttechnology in engineering project quality management and proposes innovative points ofrelated technical methods.These innovations not only provide new ideas for engineeringproject quality management,but also provide valuable experience for intelligenttransformation in other fields within the industry.In summary,this study not only has theoretical value
