郴州市某高校大学生口腔卫生行为现况及影响因素分析目录摘要………………ABSTRACT…………川1前言…2内容与方法………32.1研究对象…2.2研究内容与抽样方法…2.3调查实施…2.4统计分析方法……32.5质量的控制…3结果………………3.1一般情况…53.2大学生口腔卫生行为状况…3.3不同状况大学生口腔卫生行为影响因素分析64讨论………85结论………10参考文献….…11综述……12致谢……16附录………17摘要[目的]了解郴州市某高校在校大学生的口腔卫生行为现况，并分析其影响因素，为更有效的开展口腔健康教育及口腔疾病防治工作提供参考数据。[方法]采用方便抽样方法，对该校254名学生进行问卷调查。对不同人口学特征的口腔卫生行为进行x检验，使用二元logistic回归分析探索影响该校大学生口腔卫生行为的因素。[结果]共发放263份问卷，回收有效问卷254份，有效回收率为96.6%。年龄在18-23岁之间，平均年龄为(21.00±1.54)岁。总体得分中位数和四分位数为5.0(3.0,6.0)。x检验结果：专业(-9.820，P<0.05)、生活费(x=9.475,P<0.05)和父亲文化程度(2-10.393，P<0.05)不同的学生的口腔卫生行为存在差异。二元logistic回归分析结果：专业(OR-2.554,P-0.003)、每月生活费(OR-9.898,P-0.006)和父亲文化程度高低(OR-2.906,P-0.032)为该校学生口腔卫生行为的影响因素。[结论]该校大学生口腔卫生行为中位数得分为中等水平，学生的专业、生活费水平和父亲文化程度是口腔卫生行为的影响因素。提示学校可以设计相关口腔健康教育项目，对不同专业和生活背景的学生进行口腔卫生宣教，加强大学生对口腔健康的重视，改善他们的口腔健康状况。关键词：大学生：口腔卫生行为：郴州IABSTRACT[Objective]To understand the current situation of oral hygiene behaviors among collegestudents in a certain university in Chenzhou,and analyze its influencing factors,in order toprovide reference data for more effective oral health education and prevention and treatmentof oral diseases.[Method]Using convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on254 college students in a certain university in Chenzhou.Perform chi square tests on oralhygiene behaviors with different demographic characteristics,and use binary logisticregression analysis to explore the factors influencing oral hygiene behaviors among collegestudents at the university.[Result]A total of 263 questionnaires were distributed,and 254 valid questionnaireswere collected,with an effective response rate of 96.6%.The age of these 254 studentsranged between 18 to 23 years old,with an average age of(21.00+1.54)years.The medianand quartile overall scores were 5.0(3.0,6.0)(total score of 10).Chi square test results:Therewere differences in oral hygiene behaviors among students with different majors (x-9.820,P<0.05),living expenses (x=9.475,P<0.05),and father's educational level (x=10.393,P<0.05).The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that majors (OR=2.554,P-0.003),monthly living expenses (OR=9.898,P-0.006),and father's educational level(OR=2.906,P-0.032)were the influencing factors of oral hygiene behaviors among studentsin this school.[Conclusion]The median score of oral hygiene behaviors among college students in thisschool was at a moderate level,and their majors,living expenses,and father's educationallevel were the influencing factors of oral hygiene behaviors.These results suggest that schoolscan design relevant oral health education programs to provide oral health education tostudents from different majors and backgrounds,strengthen the attention of college studentsto oral health,and improve their oral health status.Key words:College students;Oral hygiene behavior;Chenzhou
